On September 19th, I testified to the California Air Resources Board (Cal-EPA) on their proposed Tropical Forest Standard for existing and emerging cap and trade programs. My testimony was quoted in this San Francisco Chronicle article about the approval of this controversial standard.
 

This Gates Cambridge news article describes my PhD research on the democratic challenges of pursuing carbon offsets. This article provides additional information about my ongoing research on subnational climate policy. I am also featured in a Gates Cambridge promotional video.
